Q2: Should I choose the Lithium Battery version or the AC Powered (Wired) version?

A2: It depends on the project's wiring situation:

• AC Powered (Wired): Ideal for new constructions or hotels with pre-installed outlets. It supports 100-240V wide voltage globally, offering higher power and zero battery maintenance.

• Battery Powered: Perfect for retrofit projects without nearby outlets. Models like our GM46D feature a built-in 2500mAh high-capacity battery that lasts for months on a single charge and supports standard 5V/2A Type-C charging.

Q3: What does the "Hot-Swap Plug-in Module" mean on the X-Series?

A3: Unlike traditional motors with built-in, unchangeable chips, our innovative X-Series (X10/X20/X30) features a modular slot. You can physically plug in or swap the smart chip module (such as Matter, KNX, WiFi, or Zigbee) at any time. This makes future smart home upgrades or hotel RCU maintenance incredibly easy without replacing the entire motor body.

Unlike standard tracks with loose gliders, it uses perfectly spaced connected runners (e.g., 60mm or 80mm spacing) and special snap tape. This forces the heavy curtain fabric to hang in a continuous, elegant "S" wave that never loses its shape. All our smart motors are 100% compatible with our Ripple Fold track systems.

Q6: How do I calculate the precise cutting dimension for the aluminum rail?

A6: If you are an installer or fabricator cutting the track locally, please use our standard calculation formula to determine the exact length of the aluminum profile: Cutting Dimension of Rail = Total Desired Length - Main Gearbox Length - Vice Gearbox Length.

Note: Gearbox dimensions vary depending on the specific motor model. For example, when using our GM46 series, the formula is: Total Length - 145mm (Main Gearbox) - 71mm (Vice Gearbox). Please refer to the specific product manual for the dimensions of other models.

These ready-to-install kits include the smart motor, custom-measured tracks, and all essential hardware, helping you complete the installation easily and efficiently without worrying about missing parts.

Q8: What is your MOQ? Do you offer OEM/ODM customization services?

A8: We support flexible procurement. Sample orders start from 1 unit for quality testing. As a source factory, we provide comprehensive OEM/ODM customization services, including printing your logo on motors/remotes and developing private molds or custom functions (MOQ applies for deep customization).

Q9: What is the lead time? How are long tracks shipped?

A9: * Lead Time: Samples are dispatched within 24-48 hours. For custom/bulk orders, please allow 5-7 business days for factory production and quality inspection.

Due to international shipping size limits, tracks longer than 2 meters are shipped in segments. We include Track Connectors (Joiners) ensuring a smooth glide and strong structural integrity. You won't even notice the seam!

Usage & Warranty

Q10: Can I open the motorized curtains during a power outage?

A10: Yes. Our curtain motors feature a Manual Override function. In the event of a power outage, you can manually pull the drapes open or closed just like a regular curtain without damaging the motor. Furthermore, they support the "Touch Motion" feature: gently pull the curtain by about 5cm, and the motor will automatically finish opening or closing for you.

Q11: What is your Warranty Policy?

A11: We provide worry-free support for our global partners. All our smart curtain motors come with a 3-Year Warranty. If there are any non-human-caused manufacturing defects, we will provide free replacement parts.
