A1: Look at your current curtain hardware. If you have a round pole (diameter 22-35mm), select the Roman Rod Version. If your curtains run inside an aluminum/plastic channel or rail, choose the U/I Track Version.

Q2: How many robots do I need to buy? (Single vs. Double)

A2: If your curtain is a single panel that opens to one side, you need 1 Unit. If your curtains meet in the middle and open to both sides, you must purchase a Double Pack (2 Units). The App allows you to link two robots so they move synchronously.

Q3: Why is it Bluetooth and not WiFi?

A3: The robot runs on a built-in lithium battery. A direct WiFi connection consumes too much power for battery-operated devices. Bluetooth ensures long-lasting standby time while providing a stable local connection.

Q4: How can I control it with Alexa or when I am away from home?

A4: To enable voice control (Alexa/Google)  and remote access, simply add our Smart Gateway to your setup. The gateway bridges your home WiFi and the Bluetooth robot.
