A1: The Galime Track is our proprietary design. Its curved  profile wraps closer to the runner, reducing friction and wobbling, which results in smoother and quieter operation compared to generic square tracks.

Q2: Is the silver finish painted on? Will it scratch?

A2: No, it is Anodized, not painted. Anodizing integrates the color into the metal surface, making it extremely durable, scratch-resistant, and immune to peeling.

Q3: Which thickness should I choose?  

A3: For standard sheers or light cotton curtains, 1.0mm is sufficient. For heavier fabrics, blackout drapes, or tracks longer than 3 meters, we highly recommend the 1.6mm option for extra rigidity.

A4: We generally recommend purchasing the Track + Motor Kit for the best value and guaranteed compatibility. However, tracks can be bought individually starting from 1 full bar (typically several meters long).
